Problems logging in, receiving message stating... “Your Login or password change attempt has failed. User ID/password entered are not valid. Please report this to technical support. Click here to try again.”
A. Check what you typed in. The password is case sensitive.
B. Log in as the original user ID and password that were given to you.
C. Check with the individual who created you as a user to make sure that you are an “active” user. Also have them verify the user ID and have them reset the password.
D. If you attempted to change the password, try the new password.

A. Verify that the facility ID # is correct.
B. Send an email to DHS.BackgroundStudyAdmin@state.mn.us to find out what is going on with your program.
